• For hygiene and safety reasons, clothes cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.
• Items purchased during sale or promotional periods can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase, with no refunds provided.
• Gift items received through promotions should be returned along with the purchased product to qualify for an exchange.
• To ensure transparency and fairness, please be aware that the consumer shall not be entitled to a refund or exchange in the following cases:
o Changing His Mind: Customers changing their minds about the purchased item are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
o No Defects: Items free from any defects are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
